By accessing and using SoraBalance's online yoga platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

SoraBalance provides online yoga instruction through live classes, on-demand videos, and educational content. Our services include progress tracking, personalized recommendations, and access to certified yoga instructors.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to users.
User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Membership and Payment Terms
Membership fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis or as otherwise specified in your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
Class credits expire according to the terms of your specific membership plan. Unused credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded unless required by applicable law.
Class Participation and Conduct
Participation in yoga classes is at your own risk. You should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. You are responsible for listening to your body and modifying poses as needed.
During live classes, you agree to maintain appropriate conduct, respect other participants and instructors, and follow class guidelines provided by your instructor.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our platform, including videos, audio, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by SoraBalance or our content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission. Personal use for your yoga practice is permitted within the scope of your membership.
User-Generated Content
You may have the opportunity to submit feedback, reviews, or other content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.
You represent that any content you submit is original, accurate, and does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
Yoga practice involves physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. You participate in classes and use our services at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.
Our instructors provide general guidance, but cannot provide personalized medical advice. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns or conditions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to services until that time.
Refunds for monthly memberships are not provided except in cases of technical issues that prevent service access for extended periods, as determined by SoraBalance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoraBalance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: sharing account credentials, recording or redistributing our content, disrupting our services, or engaging in harassment of other users or instructors.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tokyo, Japan.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits related to your use of our services.
